The Garvey Competitive Exam is a 2-hour, multiple choice test used to determine eligibility for Garvey Exam Scholarships. Scholarships from the Garvey Exam range from $500-$2000 per year. To renew the scholarship, students must maintain a 3.25 GPA. Students must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.25 to register for the exam. Only high school seniors are eligible to take the exam and Garvey Scholarships may only be used at Washburn University. This exam in Kansas City, KS and will be held on Saturday, November 20 from 9:00-11:00 am. at the Holiday Inn Overland Park West Hotel. . Check- In will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 9 a.m. to begin the exam. Due to COVID-19 masks will be required.
